All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Biodegradable and Recyclable Luminescent Mixed‐Matrix‐Membranes, Hydrogels, and Cryogels based on Nanoscale Metal‐Organic Frameworks and Biopolymers

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
The study presents biodegradable and recyclable mixed‐matrix membranes (MMMs), hydrogels, and cryogels using luminescent nanoscale metal‐organic frameworks (nMOFs) and biopolymers. These bio‐nMOF‐MMMs combine europium‐based nMOFs as probes for the status of the materials with the biopolymers agar and gelatine and present alternatives to conventional ...

Hermite subdivision schemes, exponential polynomial generation, and annihilators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We consider the question when the so--called spectral condition} for Hermite subdivision schemes extends to spaces generated by polynomials and exponential functions.

Enhanced squeezing with parity kicks

open access: yes, 2009
Using exponential quadratic operators, we present a general framework for studying the exact dynamics of system-bath interaction in which the Hamiltonian is described by the quadratic form of bosonic operators.

Demonstration of an All‐Optical AND Gate Mediated by Photochromic Molecules

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A logic AND gate that runs on photons is demonstrated. It relies on two spatially separated photochromic molecules that work in tandem. Abstract The realization of a photonic logic AND gate, i.e. a logic AND gate that runs on photons rather than electrons, and where all steps are controlled by light, is demonstrated. In a proof‐of‐principle experiment,

Optimal Control of Linear Impulsive Antiperiodic Boundary Value Problem on Infinite Dimensional Spaces

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2010
A class of optimal control problems for infinite dimensional impulsive antiperiodic boundary value problem is considered. Using exponential stabilizability and discussing the impulsive evolution operators, without compactness and exponential stability of

Developing Neutrosophic Cubic Spherical Fuzzy Sets along with their Exponential Aggregation Operators for Decision-Making Problems [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems
In this article, we have devised the notion of neutrosophic cubic spherical fuzzy sets (NCSFSs) for the first time and discussed their basic binary operations along with important properties.

Lattice Twisting Operators and Vertex Operators in Sine-Gordon Theory in One Dimension

open access: yes, 2001
In one dimension, the exponential position operators introduced in a theory of polarization are identified with the twisting operators appearing in the Lieb-Schultz-Mattis argument, and their finite-size expectation values $z_L$ measure the overlap ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Bounds on the spectral shift function and the density of states

open access: yes, 2004
We study spectra of Schr\"odinger operators on $\RR^d$. First we consider a pair of operators which differ by a compactly supported potential, as well as the corresponding semigroups.
