Human Visual Perception-Based Multi-Exposure Fusion Image Quality Assessment
Compared with ordinary single exposure images, multi-exposure fusion (MEF) images are prone to color imbalance, detail information loss and abnormal exposure in the process of combining multiple images with different exposure levels.

Cytosolically synthesized chloroplast preproteins are translocated across the outer and inner envelope membranes through translocons called TOC and TIC, respectively. In green algae and plants, the TIC core is composed of essential membrane proteins, Tic12, Tic20, and Tic214.

Dust remobilization in fusion plasmas under steady state conditions
The first combined experimental and theoretical studies of dust remobilization by plasma forces are reported. The main theoretical aspects of remobilization in fusion devices under steady state conditions are analyzed. In particular, the dominant role of

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...

Operational characteristics of the high flux plasma generator magnum-PSI
In Magnum-PSI (MAgnetized plasma Generator and NUMerical modeling for Plasma Surface Interactions), the high density, low temperature plasma of a wall stabilized dc cascaded arc is confined to a magnetized plasma beam by a quasi-steady state axial ...

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Ghosting-free DCT based multi-exposure image fusion
[eng] We propose a novel algorithm for multi-exposure fusion (MEF). This algorithm decomposes image patches with the DCT transform. Coefficients from patches with different exposure are combined.

This paper reveals how human lactoferrin–albumin fusion (hLF‐HSA) potently suppresses lung adenocarcinoma cell migration. hLF‐HSA upregulates NHE7, leading to Golgi alkalization, disruption of the Golgi secretome, downregulation of MMP1, and reversal of EMT. These findings suggest a novel Golgi‐targeting strategy to suppress cancer cell migration.

Single image defogging via multi-exposure image fusion and detail enhancement
Outdoor cameras play an important role in monitoring security and social governance. As a common weather phenomenon, haze can easily affect the quality of camera shooting, resulting in loss and distortion of image details. This paper proposes an improved
