Multifaceted amelioration of cutaneous photoageing by (0.3%) retinol
This investigation focusses on changes to the cutaneous anatomy in response to increasing concentrations of retinol (0.1%, 0.3%, and 1% retinol), as compared with baseline and vehicle control‐treated skin. These representative images show retinol‐induced alterations at the skins' barrier and in epidermal architecture.

Olive leaf‐derived PPAR agonist complex induces collagen IV synthesis in human skin models
Peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor (PPAR) agonists are known to modulate the synthesis of dermal lipids and proteins including collagens. Olive (Olea europaea) leaves have been reported to contain PPAR‐binding ligands. Collagen IV, a major dermal‐epidermal junction (DEJ) protein, degrades with both age and disease.
