We measure the cell‐specific responses of administering infusible ECM (iECM) in acute myocardial infarction (MI) across multiple timepoints. Using single‐nucleus RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, we measure macrophage activation, fibroblast remodeling, increased vascular development, lymphangiogenesis, cardioprotection, and neurogenesis ...

Geometric Hamilton-Jacobi Theory
The Hamilton-Jacobi problem is revisited bearing in mind the consequences arising from a possible bi-Hamiltonian structure. The problem is formulated on the tangent bundle for Lagrangian systems in order to avoid the bias of the existence of a natural ...

Implantable optoelectrical devices are an effective resource for the modulation and monitoring of neural activity with high spatiotemporal resolution. This review discusses current challenges faced by these devices and outlines future perspectives for the development of next‐generation neural interfaces targeting chronic, multisite, and multimodal ...

The boundaries of affectivity (and a coda on extended consciousness)
In this contribution I will offer a rough guide through “situated affectivity”,a small galaxy of theories, ideas, intuitions which are recently growing atthe boundaries between philosophy of emotion, philosophy of mind, philo-sophy of cognitive science ...

Cognitive dimensions of public space
The paper presents a new approach to cognitive aspects of public space based on the Bayesian framework for cognition. According to it, cognition is powered by hypothesis-testing brain, constantly minimizing its prediction error.

Widening the extended mind theory: the mind as a capacity [PDF]
This a theoretical poster. Its explores the way for a comprehensive understanding of the human mind. Philosophers and neuroscientists often reject the claim that their theory of the mind and of the mental phenomena is in any way ‘reductive’.

The image shows a schematic form a nanobody‐conjugated theranostic prodrug (NBD) platform targeting tumor‐associated αvβ3 integrin. The NBD system integrates selective nanobody‐mediated tumor recognition, glutathione‐responsive disulfide cleavage for doxorubicin release, and aza‐BODIPY‐based near‐infrared fluorescence for real‐time imaging.

Enhanced Endoscopic Internal Drainage of Gastric Abscess Through Additively Manufactured Stents
Postoperative gastric leaks are often treated with off‐label biliary double‐pigtail stents, yet conventional extruded designs are not optimized for leak anatomy, can migrate, and may limit abscess evacuation. PETALS is introduced to optimize transmural drainage geometry and enable patient‐specific 3D‐printable stents.

Evolution of Theories of Mind [PDF]
This paper studies the evolution of peoples' models of how other people think -- their theories of mind. First, this is formalized within the level-k model, which postulates a hierarchy of types, such that type k plays a k times iterated best response to

Access Internalism and the Extended Mind [PDF]
The main goal of this chapter is to argue that accessibilism in epistemology is incompatible with vehicle externalism in philosophy of mind. As we shall see, however, there are strong arguments for both of these positions.
