Pauli-Lubanski, supertwistors, and the superspinning particle

We present a novel construction of the super-Pauli-Lubanski pseudo-vector for 4D supersymmetry and show how it arises naturally from the spin-shell constraints in the supertwistor formulation of superparticle dynamics.

Enhancement of Dynamical Coupling in Artificial Spin‐Ice Systems by Incorporating Perpendicularly Magnetized Ferromagnetic Matrix

A new type of artificial spin ice (ASI) lattices, i.e., in the ASI system embedded in the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) matrix, is proposed. The numerical simulations reveal a strong magnon–magnon coupling between the bulk second‐order mode of the ASI and the fundamental mode of the PMA matrix, supported by a pronounced anticrossing frequency

Exact Extended Supersymmetry on a Lattice: Twisted N=2 Super Yang-Mills in Two Dimensions [PDF]

We propose a lattice action for two dimensional super Yang-Mills theory with a twisted N=2 supersymmetry. The extended supersymmetry is fully and exactly realized on the lattice. The method employed is quite general and its extension to the N=4 supersymmetry in four dimensions is briefly presented.

We study the homology and cohomology groups of super Lie algebra of supersymmetries and of super Poincare Lie algebra in various dimensions. We give complete answers for (non-extended) supersymmetry in all dimensions $\leq 11$. For dimensions $D=10,11$ we describe also the cohomology of reduction of supersymmetry Lie algebra to lower dimensions.

Foundations of Ghost Stability

Abstract The authors present a new method to analytically prove global stability in ghost‐ridden dynamical systems. The proposal encompasses all prior results and consequentially extends them. In particular, it is shown that stability can follow from a conserved quantity that is unbounded from below, contrary to expectation.

A Theory of Spinning Particles for Large N-extended Supersymmetry [PDF]

An explicit construction of theories of spinning particles, both massive and massless, is given with arbitrary extended supersymmetry on the world-line. As an application of our results, we give a universal description of 3D (and via truncation all lower dimensional) supersymmetric scalar multiplets with arbitrary N-extended supersymmetry.
