Traveling wave solutions by extended trial equation method
AIP Conference Proceedings, 2013This paper obtains soliton solutions, rational function, elliptic integral function F solution and Jacobi elliptic function solution by using the extended trial equation method based on the complete discrimination system for polynomial method. It is seen that this method is an effective mathematical tool for nonlinear differential equations.

Dispersive optical solitons with differential group delay by extended trial equation method
Abstract This paper retrieves dispersive optical soliton solutions to Schrodinger-Hirota equation in birefringent fibesr that models dispersive optical soliton propagation. The extended trial equation method is the integration algorithm employed here.

This paper obtains dark and singular optical solitons from Kundu–Eckhaus model. There are two integration algorithms that are adopted. These are extended trial equation method and the extended G′/G-expansion scheme. Constraint conditions guarantees existence of these solitons.

Optical solitons with Biswas-Arshed equation by extended trial function method
Optik, 2019Abstract This paper studies soliton dynamics for Biswas-Arshed model that is considered when group velocity dispersion is negligibly small and self-phase modulation is totally absent. Two nonlinear forms for the model are studied by the aid of extended trial function scheme. Bright, dark and singular soliton solutions emerge from this scheme.

This paper retrieves, bright, dark and singular optical solitons with the help of extended trial equation scheme. We consider Kerr law, power law and log law of nonlinearity. We find the solutions in terms of Jacobi elliptic functions and in the limiting cases of the modulus of ellipticity.

Abstract This paper studies optical solitons in birefringent fibers with parabolic law nonlinearity coupled with waekly non-local nonlinear medium. The four-wave mixing effect is taken into consideration and thus retrieval of soliton solutions would require phase-matching condition.

Abstract This paper presents bright and singular optical solitons in birefringent fibers modeled by Kundu–Eckhaus equation. The extended trial function scheme successfully obtains such solitons. The conservation law is also computed for the bright solitons.

Abstract This paper employs extended trial function method to retrieve sub-pico-second optical soliton solutions to Kaup–Newell's equation that is one of the forms of derivative nonlinear Schrodinger's equation. Bright and singular soliton solutions are revealed with this algorithm.
