Solving Fuzzy Fractional Differential Equations Using Zadeh's Extension Principle [PDF]
We study a fuzzy fractional differential equation (FFDE) and present its solution using Zadeh’s extension principle. The proposed study extends the case of fuzzy differential equations of integer order.

Solving fuzzy multiobjective linear bilevel programming problems based on the extension principle [PDF]
Fuzzy multiobjective linear bilevel programming (FMOLBP) problems are studied in this paper. The existing methods replace one or some deterministic model(s) instead of the problem and solve the model(s).

Empiric Solutions to Full Fuzzy Linear Programming Problems Using the Generalized “min” Operator
Solving optimization problems in a fuzzy environment is an area widely addressed in the recent literature. De-fuzzification of data, construction of crisp more or less equivalent problems, unification of multiple objectives, and solving a single crisp ...

A New Framework for Numerical Techniques for Fuzzy Nonlinear Equations
This paper describes a computational method for solving the nonlinear equations with fuzzy input parameters that we encounter in engineering system analysis.

Unitary extension principle on zero-dimensional locally compact groups [PDF]
In this article, we obtain methods for constructing step tight frames on an arbitrary locally compact zero-dimensional group. To do this, we use the principle of unitary extension.

Incorporating Fuzzy Logic in Harrod’s Economic Growth Model
This paper suggests the possibility of incorporating the methodology of fuzzy logic theory into Harrod’s economic growth model, a classic model of economic dynamics for studying the growth of a developing economy based on the assumption that an economy ...

Reinstatement of the Extension Principle in Approaching Mathematical Programming with Fuzzy Numbers
Optimization problems in the fuzzy environment are widely studied in the literature. We restrict our attention to mathematical programming problems with coefficients and/or decision variables expressed by fuzzy numbers.

A Fuzzy Economic Dynamic Model
In the study presented here, fuzzy logic was used to analyze the behavior of a model of economic dynamics that assumes income to be in equilibrium when it is composed of consumption and investment, that is, when savings and investment are equal.

Square principles in ℙmax extensions [PDF]
By forcing with $\mathbb{P}_{\rm max}$ over strong models of determinacy, we obtain models where different square principles at $ _2$ and $ _3$ fail. In particular, we obtain a model of $2^{\aleph_0}=2^{\aleph_1}=\aleph_2 + \lnot\square( _2) + \lnot\square( _3)$.

New Arithmetic Operations of Non-Normal Fuzzy Sets Using Compatibility
The new arithmetic operations of non-normal fuzzy sets are studied in this paper by using the extension principle and considering the general aggregation function. Usually, the aggregation functions are taken to be the minimum function or t-norms.
