Advancing Stroke Clinical Trials Using Community Engagement and Implementation Science Approaches
ABSTRACT Stroke clinical trials are essential for advancing stroke care but can face challenges with recruitment, retention, clinical relevance, and translation into real‐world practice. We propose that integrating community engagement and implementation science approaches into stroke trials can help address these needs.

Neumann Eigenvalue Problems on Exterior Perturbations of the Domain
The study of singular geometric perturbation of elliptic boundary problems in the sense that the domain \(\Omega_\varepsilon\) may be viewed as a \(C^0\)-perturbation of \(\Omega\) but not \(C^1\) has a long history. A significant example being given in the book by Courant and Hilbert and recent results may be seen in the papers by \textit{R. Hempel}, \

Changes in Immune‐Inflammation Status and Prognosis in Pregnancy‐Related Cerebral Venous Thrombosis
ABSTRACT Objective Distinguishing pathological changes from physiological adaptations in pregnancy‐related cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) is clinically challenging. This study aimed to characterize coagulation, immune‐inflammation, and dehydration status in these patients and assess their prognostic value.

Boundary‐Dependent Sleep–Wake Dysregulation in Idiopathic Hypersomnia
ABSTRACT Objective Idiopathic hypersomnia (IH) presents with excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) despite apparently preserved nocturnal sleep, challenging traditional models of hypersomnolence based on sleep loss or fragmentation. We aimed to test the hypothesis that EDS in IH reflects excessive stabilization of the sleep state, consistent with ...

Existence of infinitely many solutions for singular semilinear problems on exterior domains
In this article we prove the existence of infinitely many radial solutions of $\Delta u + K(r)f(u)= 0$ on the exterior of the ball of radius R>0, $B_R$, centered at the origin in $\mathbb{R}^N$ with u=0 on $\partial B_R$ and $\lim_{r \to \infty} u ...

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity of the 2023 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/EULAR classification criteria for antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) in a real‐world cohort of women diagnosed with primary obstetric APS (oAPS) and to assess their ability to identify patients at risk of future pregnancy complications ...

We investigate the existence of weak solutions to a class of quasilinear elliptic equations with nonlinear Neumann boundary conditions in exterior domains. Problems of this kind arise in various areas of science and technology. An important model case

Associations of Rheumatoid Arthritis Disease Activity With Frailty Over Five Years of Follow‐up
Objective To evaluate whether rheumatoid arthritis (RA) disease activity is associated with frailty both in cross‐section and longitudinally. Methods Participants within the Veterans Affairs Rheumatoid Arthritis (VARA) registry enrolled from 2003 to 2022 were included.

Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare autoimmune disease defined by immune dysregulation, vasculopathy, and progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs. Despite advances in care, major complications such as interstitial lung disease (ILD) and myocardial involvement remain the leading causes of morbidity and mortality.
