Extramammary Paget's Disease of the Penis

EXTRAMAMMARY PAGET'S DISEASE OF THE SKIN
Journal of the American Medical Association, 1954In 1874 Sir James Paget 1 described a condition, now commonly known as Paget's disease of the nipple, whose origin and exact nature have been subjects of controversy. Extramammary Paget’s disease of scrotum
Urology, 2001We describe 4 cases of extramammary Paget's disease of the scrotum with underlying invasive carcinoma from 1997 to 1999. Three patients had metastatic inguinal lymphadenopathy. The delay in diagnosis was significant (mean 1 year). The diagnosis was made by skin biopsy in all patients.

Extramammary Paget's disease of the axilla
European Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Biology, 1994A case of extramammary Paget's disease of the axilla in an 84-year-old patient is presented. No underlying carcinoma was found and the lesion was treated successfully by wide local excision. Immunohistochemical staining showed nuclear immunoreactivity for c-myc and cytoplasmic staining for CEA, EMA, CAM 5.2, EGRF, c-erbB-2 and pan-cytokeratin in all ...

Sialomucin in Paget cells of extramammary Paget's disease
The Histochemical Journal, 1983The cytoplasmic sialomucin in Paget cells of extramammary Paget's disease was examined by means of a battery of histochemical techniques. The staining methods used involved an electrolyte--Alcian Blue (pH 5.8), periodic acid--Schiff and azure A at selected pH levels.

Extramammary Paget's Disease of the Vulva
Journal of the American College of Surgeons, 2003liver resections. In our overall experience with 1,803 liver resections, the median intraoperative blood loss was 600 mL, median packed red blood cell requirement was 0, only 17% of the patients required FFP transfusion, and perioperative hemorrhage was less than 1%.

Mammary and Extramammary Paget's Disease
Australasian Journal of Dermatology, 1974SUMMARYTwo cases of mammary and one case of vulval Paget's disease are studied histologically and electronmicroscopically. There are no substantial morphological differences between those two types. The Paget cell has a characteristic fine structure: it lacks tonofibrils and shows many of the features of apocrine cells.
