Tregs at Diagnosis as a Potential Biomarker for Predicting High‐Risk Functionality in Newly Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma

open access: yesCancer Medicine, Volume 14, Issue 11, June 2025.
Tregs levels at diagnosis were assessed to predict early relapse (ER18) and functional high risk in multiple myeloma. Our findings suggest that Tregs at diagnosis could serve as a potential biomarker for early relapse and long‐term prognosis in newly diagnosed patients.

Allogeneic versus autologous stem cell transplantation after relapsing following first line autologous transplantation for multiple myeloma: A systematic review

open access: yesCancer, Volume 131, Issue 10, 15 May 2025.
The authors compared allogeneic (allo‐SCT) with autologous stem cell transplantation (auto‐SCT) in patients who relapsed after first‐line auto‐SCT. The results showed significantly better progression‐free and overall survival with auto‐SCT. Abstract Background Allogeneic stem cell transplantation (allo‐SCT) has curative potential and was previously ...

Positive pseudo almost periodic solutions to a class of hematopoiesis model: Oscillations and Dynamics [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2019
This paper presents a new generalized Mackey-Glass model with a non-linear harvesting term and mixed delays. The main purpose of this work is to study the existence and the exponential stability of the pseudo almost periodic solution for the considered model. By using fixed point theorem and under suitable Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions are
