Extramedullary plasmacytoma of stomach
Cancer, 1971A case report and an analysis of 12 additional reported cases of plasmacytoma of the stomach are presented. No specific clinical or laboratory findings characterized this disease. Grossly, the lesions resembled carcinoma and are classified as nodular, infiltrative, ulcerative, and polypoid.

Extramedullary cutaneous plasmacytoma.
Cutis, 1991Neoplastic degeneration of plasma cells can show different clinical features, including multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia. Skin involvement is not rare in patients with multiple myeloma, and represents a poor prognosis. Appearance of a cutaneous plasmacytoma without the involvement of bone marrow is very rare.

He smoked 20 cigarettes a day and had had asthma as a child. He presented after an acute exacerbation, when he expectorated a fleshy mass associated with a large amount of fresh blood.

Extramedullary Cardiac Plasmacytoma
Academic Forensic Pathology, 2011An 86 year old female presented to the emergency department with a one week history of leg swelling and recent weight gain. An echocardiogram revealed an 8.7 x 5 cm mass of the right atrium that appeared to be adherent to the atrial wall and filled over 90% of the volume of the right atrial chamber.
