Indian Journal of Pathology and Microbiology, 2016 Extrapancreatic solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) are rare tumors, which bear morphological, immunohistochemical, and molecular features similar to those of pancreatic counterparts. SPN occurs primarily in adolescent girls and young women.
