Catheter Injectable Multifunctional Biomaterial for the Treatment of Infected Enterocutaneous Fistulas

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A multi‐functional shear‐thinning hydrogel is engineered to treat enterocutaneous fistulas. This hydrogel can resist external pressures allowing it to remain within the fistula tract and is shown to have significant antimicrobial, pro‐healing, and anti‐inflammatory properties, which were validated in in vitro and in vivo experiments.

Unraveling Neurodevelopment: Synergistic Effects of Intrinsic Genetic Programs and Extrinsic Environmental Cues

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Overview of the regulation of intrinsic and extrinsic signals during neurodevelopment. Intrinsic genetic signals from NSCs, in conjunction with cues from microglia and blood vessels, collaboratively regulate the proliferation of NSCs, their fate determination, synaptogenesis, synaptic pruning, neuronal survival, and death, as well as communication ...

A Novel Theranostic Strategy for Malignant Pulmonary Nodules by Targeted CECAM6 with 89Zr/131I‐Labeled Tinurilimab

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study investigates the integrated diagnostic and therapeutic strategy utilizing 89Zr/131I‐labeled tinurilimab for the management of malignant lung nodules, with a particular focus on lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). CEACAM6, which is highly expressed in most LUAD patients, activates the Src/FAK signaling pathway, thereby promoting cell proliferation ...
