Synchronous Surgical Therapy for Bilateral Multiple Pulmonary Nodules: A Single‐Center Analysis of 108 Cases

The study included 108 patients admitted to Peking University Third Hospital from January 2015 to December 2025. The most common surgical combination was wedge resection + wedge resection (44.4%). This multinational survey of ECCO2R clinicians showed that ECCO2R practices varied considerably, but most participants agreed on the usefulness of a dedicated ECCO2R registry. Practice variations may be associated with suboptimal outcomes. ECCO2R quality indicators are needed to optimise clinical outcomes and resource utilisation.
