Assessment of human resource for eye health services in Southern Ethiopia
Background Human resources related to eye health are critical to significant reductions in blindness and low vision on a global and regional scale. Blindness and visual impairment affect the quality of life, poverty rates, and employment and educational ...

ERM Inhibition Confers Ferroptosis Resistance through ROS‐Induced NRF2 Signaling
ERM inhibition disrupts ERM‐actin interactions, elevating ROS and triggering KEAP1 degradation, which stabilizes and activates NRF2. Nuclear NRF2 induces cytoprotective genes, notably HMOX1, enhancing redox buffering and suppressing lipid peroxidation to resist erastin‐induced ferroptosis.

Strategies for pricing publicly provided health services [PDF]
The authors examine how governments finance and allocate public spending, with an eye to developing strategies for pricing publicly provided health services.

core
The present study investigates a cone‐specific STX3 knockout model, displaying a complete loss of cone function, a later onset reduction in rod function, and photoreceptor cell death. A cone‐specific depletion of STXBP1 and ARR4 could be observed in this model.

Learned Conformational Space and Pharmacophore Into Molecular Foundational Model
The Ouroboros model introduces two orthogonal modules within a unified framework that independently learn molecular representations and generate chemical structures. This design enables flexible optimization strategies for each module and faithful structure reconstruction without prompts or noise.

Hungry for Knowledge: Octopamine Signaling Regulates Hunger‐Enhanced Olfactory Learning
Researchers demonstrate that hunger state facilitates both aversive and appetitive olfactory learning. Two distinct octopamine signaling pathways are involved in aversive or appetitive memory formation in the hunger state. And, hunger state also facilitates the formation of both types of memories via an evolutionarily conserved norepinephrine (the ...

OPTRACE: Optical Imaging–Guided Transplantation and Tracking of Cells in the Mouse Brain
OPTRACE establishes an optical, two‐step platform for intracerebral cell therapy. Transparent glass pipettes enable real‐time, image‐guided delivery, while multiplex genetic labeling with two‐photon and bioluminescence readouts supports longitudinal single‐cell tracking and host–graft dynamics.
