Lateral Extra‐articular Tenodesis Utilizing Modified Ellison Technique With Knotless Anchor Fixation
Abstract Lateral extra‐articular tenodesis (LET) to augment anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction significantly reduces graft failure rates. Although there are many techniques for lateral extra‐articular tenodesis, the modified Ellison technique provides numerous advantages as a distally fixed construct, including dynamic rotational stability ...

Unveiling the mysteries of the orbitocranial penetrating wooden foreign body; A case report
Penetrating orbitocranial injuries involving wooden foreign bodies are infrequent occurrences typically linked to high-velocity trauma. Swift identification through appropriate imaging techniques and prompt extraction are imperative.

Abstract Patellar instability commonly affects adolescents and young athletes and is associated with injury to the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL). MPFL reconstruction is a well‐established treatment for recurrent instability; however, complications related to graft tensioning, fixation, and incomplete restoration of medial soft‐tissue restraints

Intraorbital Foreign Body: Clinical Presentation, Radiological Appearance and Management
Intraorbital foreign bodies usually occur after a high velocity injury such as gunshot or industrial accidents; more rarely they occur following trivial trauma. A retained foreign body can give rise to serious complications, the most devastating of which

Abstract We describe a modified technique for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repair in skeletally immature patients with the bridge‐enhanced ACL restoration (BEAR) implant (Miach Orthopaedics) utilizing an arthroscopic, all‐epiphyseal approach. This technique uses a button on the proximal tibial epiphysis and an extra‐articular knotless anchor on the

Aim Fluorescence‐guided surgery enhances intraoperative visualization of anatomical structures. Nizaracianine is a near‐infrared fluorescent agent that is exclusively renally cleared in animal models. It enables real‐time ureteral imaging and identification, potentially reduces risk of injury and facilitates assessment before surgical closure.
