PIEZO Force Sensing in Vascular Biology: An Explosion of New Knowledge, Concepts and Opportunity
Knowledge of the remarkable mechanical force sensing and electrically transducing PIEZO1 and PIEZO2 channels is discussed across vascular biology and its cell types from the embryonic to adult stages in health, disease and old age. How the channels work, relate to other factors and signal for tissue responses to mechanical forces is debated.

A biomimetic fiber‐entangled island architecture is proposed to address the stress concentration issues commonly observed in conventional island arrays. Based on this architecture, a pressure‐sensing e‐skin with simultaneously high spatial resolution, low strain interference, and excellent permeability is developed, which is further applied to wearable

Long‐Term Stable Subdural Recordings Enabled by Fibrosis‐Resistant Hydrogel‐Integrated µECoG Arrays
An adhesive hydrogel‐integrated micro‐electrocorticography (aGel‐µECoG) array is developed to ensure stable neural recordings by minimizing neuroinflammation and fibrosis during implantation. The hydrogel serves as a biological and mechanical bridge, enabling bioadhesive, reversible, anti‐fibrotic integration with brain tissue.
