A computational approach to the covert and overt deployment of spatial attention [PDF]
Popular computational models of visual attention tend to neglect the influence of saccadic eye movements whereas it has been shown that the primates perform on average three of them per seconds and that the neural substrate for the deployment of ...

THE MOVEMENTS OF THE EYES IN READING [PDF]
reformation of the anterior chamber is delayed, which Wright associates with adhesions of capsular tags to the corneal endothelium and consequent keratitis. Trephining for glaucoma was done in 117 cases; Lagrange, or its modification, was adopted in 30 cases.

Binocular Eye Movements Are Adapted to the Natural Environment. [PDF]
Humans and many animals make frequent saccades requiring coordinated movements of the eyes. When landing on the new fixation point, the eyes must converge accurately or double images will be perceived.

Objectives Sjögren's disease is an autoimmune disorder that can impact multiple organ systems, including the peripheral nervous system (PNS). PNS manifestations, which can exist concurrently, include mononeuropathies, polyneuropathies, and autonomic nervous system neuropathies. To help patients and providers in the decision‐making process, we developed

The ultraselective H2S detection of the ZIF‐L/SnS2 heterostructure is demonstrated. The introduction of 2‐dimensional (2D) breathable ZIF‐L results in a substantial increase in H2S selectivity attributable to the molecular sieving effect, which impedes the permeation of gases with large kinetic diameters and high polarity.
