JEADV Clinical Practice, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) is a primary lymphocytic cicatricial alopecia, most commonly affecting postmenopausal women, characterized by progressive frontotemporal hairline recession and eyebrow loss. Hair repigmentation (canities reversal) is an extremely rare event, especially in older individuals with long‐standing white hair.
