A 41-year-old man suffered from an incompletely avulsed right eyebrow and forehead after a windshield injury in a traffic accident. Microsurgical techniques were used to revascularize the avulsed tissue of the right eyebrow and forehead with anastomosis of one branch of the frontal branch of the right superficial temporal artery.
