Stability and Release Characteristics of Core‐Shell Beads with Emulsion Core Under Gastrointestinal Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.
A combined emulsion–core‐shell structure system is developed for targeted delivery of lipophilic compounds to the proximal intestine. Using vitamin D3‐loaded sunflower oil emulsions, the core‐shell structure enhances droplet stability, encapsulation efficiency, and gastric protection.

Multiplexed Cutaneous Wound Monitor for Point‐of‐Care Applications

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.
Wearable monitors are poised to transform wound care, easing healthcare burdens. These devices integrate sensors and wireless capabilities, enabling continuous, remote monitoring. This work showcases a flexible, wireless system‐on‐chip that tracks C‐reactive protein (CRP), interleukin‐6 (IL‐6), pH, and temperature.

Nanodroplet Array Platform for Integrated Synthesis and Screening of MEK Inhibitors: a Miniaturized Approach to Early Drug Discovery

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
We present a nanodroplet array platform that integrates solid‐phase synthesis, MALDI‐MS analysis, and cell‐based screening. Using nanoliter droplets, we synthesized and tested 325 potential MEK inhibitors and identified 46 active compounds. This miniaturized approach combines chemistry and biology on a single chip, reducing time, cost, and material use

A Fluorescent Microtiter Plate‐Based Detection Platform for Hydrogen Peroxide, Glucose, and Lactate

open access: yesAnalysis &Sensing, EarlyView.
A new sensing microtiter plate platform enables rapid, one‐step, ratiometric fluorescence detection of H2O2 using Amplex Red in hydrogel membranes with Cy5‐based reference nanoparticles. It offers 3‐minute readouts and 10 times lower detection limit than commercial kits while minimizing preparation steps.
