Chemistry &Biodiversity, Volume 23, Issue 9, September 2026.This study identifies potent anti‐inflammatory sesquiterpenoids from two Asteraceae plants native to Kazakhstan. Among 10 isolated compounds, both 4 and 8 inhibit key inflammatory markers, but only 8 acts by suppressing the MAPK pathway, indicating a structure‐dependent mechanistic divergence.
