Weak Antilocalization Effect for Detection of Dirac Fermions in Capped Bi2Te3 Epitaxial Film

The transport properties of a sample grown by molecular beam epitaxy are investigated. The sample consists of a Bi2Te3 epitaxial film deposited on BaF2 substrate and capped with a BaF2 cap to prevent the topological surface states (TSS) deterioration.
