Summary Tumours of the equine nasal passages and paranasal sinuses are uncommon, and collision tumours, two independent neoplasms arising adjacently, are exceptionally rare. Cementomas and osteolipomas are both benign, slow‐growing tumour types, but are only sparsely described in horses.
