F1-Scores of all trained models on the test set.

open access: yes
The development of urbanization has brought convenience to people, but it has also brought a lot of harmful construction solid waste. The machine vision detection algorithm is the crucial technology for finely sorting solid waste, which is faster and ...

Targeting Supramolecular Active Complexes of Nav1.7/Nav1.8 to Relieve Chronic Neuropathic Pain

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In mice and patients with severe chronic neuropathic pain (NP), Nav1.7, Nav1.8, TrkB, and five cytoskeletal proteins form supramolecular active complexes (SMACs) with polygonal lattice structures as noxious signal amplifiers in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons.

Benchmarking quantum versions of the kNN algorithm with a metric based on amplitude-encoded features

open access: yesScientific Reports
This work introduces a quantum subroutine for computing the distance between two patterns and integrates it into two quantum versions of the kNN classifier algorithm: one proposed by Schuld et al. and the other proposed by Quezada et al.

ANKS1B in the Nucleus Accumbens Controls Escalated Cocaine Self‐Administration via Regulating CBP‐FoxO3 Complex

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ANKS1B in the nucleus accumbens plays a critical role in the transition from controlled to escalated cocaine intake. Mechanistically, ANKS1B interacts with CBP to epigenetically suppress FoxO3 through H3K27 acetylation. The ANKS1B‐CBP‐FoxO3 signaling cascade presents a novel theraputic target for the treatment of cocaine addiction.

Generative AI‐Driven Accelerated Discovery of Passivation Molecules for Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A generative artificial intelligence (AI) framework combining a discriminative machine learning model (SMILES‐X) and a generative language model (GPT‐2) autonomously discovers new molecular passivators for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Through an iterative design loop, over 100 000 candidates are generated and screened, and randomly selected molecules
