Adjustment for Inconsistency in Adaptive Phase 2/3 Designs With Dose Optimization
ABSTRACT Adaptive Phase 2/3 designs hold great promise in contemporary oncology drug development, especially when limited data from Phase 1 dose‐finding is insufficient for identifying an optimal dose. However, inconsistent results between Phase 2 and Phase 3 may raise regulatory and practical concerns.

Volumes of Polytopes Without Triangulations
The geometry of the dual amplituhedron is generally described in reference to a particular triangulation. A given triangulation manifests only certain aspects of the underlying space while obscuring others, therefore understanding this geometry without ...

ABSTRACT We introduce a novel framework that dynamically optimizes currency factor strategies via trading currency spot and forward. We examine the performance of 24,336 portfolio optimization approaches and find that the optimized currency factors significantly outperform the naïve factors after correcting for data snooping bias.

ABSTRACT The missense SNP NC_000004.12:g.102267552C>T (also known as SLC39A8.p.(Ala391Thr), rs13107325) in SLC39A8 encodes a zinc transporter. This SNP has been linked to schizophrenia and is the likely causal variant for one of the genome‐wide association loci associated with the disorder. Using regression analyses, we tested whether the schizophrenia‐

Global financial cycles and exchange rate forecast: A factor analysis
This study applies portfolio balance theory in forecasting exchange rate. The study further argues for the need to account for the role of Global Financial Cycle (GFCy).

Is $Z_c(3900)$ a molecular state
Assuming the newly observed $Z_c(3900)$ to be a molecular state of $D\bar D^*(D^{*} \bar D)$, we calculate the partial widths of $Z_c(3900)\to J/\psi+\pi;\; \psi'+\pi;\; \eta_c+\rho$ and $D\bar D^*$ within the light front model (LFM).

Abstract INTRODUCTION The ε4 allele of the apolipoprotein E (APOE) gene is a risk factor for the development of Alzheimer's disease (AD). APOE4 isoform is associated with increased white matter lesions in humans. To identify the underlying mechanisms of white matter impairment associated with APOE4, we investigated the effects of APOE4 and APOE3 on ...

On Kernel Formulas and Dispersionless Hirota Equations
We rederive dispersionless Hirota equations of the dispersionless Toda hierarchy from the method of kernel formula provided by Carroll and Kodama. We then apply the method to derive dispersionless Hirota equations of the extended dispersionless BKP(EdBKP)

Neonatal Procedural Pain Disrupts Phosphorylation of KCC2 in the Spinal Cord
ABSTRACT Neonatal procedural pain experienced in the neonatal intensive care unit can lead to long‐lasting remodeling of the central nervous system and, in particular, of the spinal nociceptive network. Preclinical studies indicate a disrupted inhibitory versus excitatory balance in the spinal cord due to reduced γ‐aminobutyric acid (GABA) ergic ...
