Deep Quake Dynamics: A Multimodal Fault‐Aware Approach to Earthquake Magnitude and Occurrence Time Forecasting

open access: yesGeoscience Data Journal, Volume 13, Issue 2, April 2026.
EQMT integrates earthquake catalog data, fault‐network geometry, engineered features, and graph embeddings in a unified framework for forecasting earthquake magnitude and occurrence time. The framework is designed to reflect inter‐fault spatial dependencies together with temporal seismic patterns, addressing limitations of approaches based only on ...

Chronotype, Genetic Risk, Lifestyle, and Risk of Depression and Anxiety: A Prospective Cohort Study

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 4, April 2026.
Compared with definite morning group, individuals with intermediate chronotype and definite evening chronotype have a higher risk of depression, and individuals with definite evening chronotype have a higher risk of anxiety. We also found joint association between chronotype and genetic risk/lifestyle with depression and anxiety.

Preliminary Findings on School Refusal Outcomes in Children and Adolescents Following 1‐Year Psychiatric Outpatient Treatment

open access: yesEarly Intervention in Psychiatry, Volume 20, Issue 3, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Introduction School refusal affects many children and adolescents receiving psychiatric care; however, predictors of new‐onset refusal and successful return during treatment remain unclear. This retrospective cohort study identified factors associated with (1) developing school refusal among initially attending patients and (2) returning to ...

Biochemical Testing Promotes Interpretation of Variants of Uncertain Significance in Prenatal Genetic Disease Testing in Four Organic Acidurias

open access: yesClinical Genetics, Volume 109, Issue 2, Page 211-217, February 2026.
This review demonstrates how amniotic fluid biochemical testing provides critical phenotypic evidence (ACMG PP4) for reclassifying variants of uncertain significance (VUS) in prenatal organic acidurias. Integrating metabolite analysis with genetic testing enhances diagnostic accuracy and enables informed clinical decisions for affected families ...
