Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Generalized F-Nomial Matrix And Factorizations.
In this study we define the generalized k-order Fibonacci matrix and the n x n generalized Pascal matrix F-n(GF) associated with generalized F-nomial coefficients. We find the inverse of generalized Pascal matrix F-n (GF) associated with generalized F-nomial coefficients.

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN ZPT DAN KOMBINASI MEDIA PADA PERBANYAKAN TANAMAN LADA SECARA STEK
Cuttings play an important role in pepper plant seedling because it is more effective, efficient, and practical, and the resulting seeds have the same properties as the parent tree. Use of ZPT to spur the formation of rooting in cuttings. The composition

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.
