Flora, 1990Summary Development and structure of seeds in Vigna unguiculata W alp . and anatomy of mature seeds in Pueraria phasealaides B enth ., P. tuberasa DC. and Teramnus labialis S preng . have been studied. Mature seed coat consists of a layer of both macrosclereids and osteosclereids. This layer is underlain by 3 to 4 layers of parenchymatous cells.
