Photoresist-free printing of amorphous silicon thin-film transistors [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
Conventional fabrication of amorphous silicon thin-film transistors (a-Si TFTs) requires patterning numerous photoresist layers, a subtractive process that is time consuming and expensive.

A Review on Optoelectrokinetics-Based Manipulation and Fabrication of Micro/Nanomaterials

open access: yesMicromachines, 2020
Optoelectrokinetics (OEK), a fusion of optics, electrokinetics, and microfluidics, has been demonstrated to offer a series of extraordinary advantages in the manipulation and fabrication of micro/nanomaterials, such as requiring no mask, programmability,

Nanodevices for correlated electrical transport and structural investigation of individual carbon nanotubes [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
We report a new approach to the correlation of the structural properties and the transport properties of carbon nanotubes. Through an original combination of UV lithography, custom-made photosensitive sol–gel resist and deep reactive ion etching (RIE ...

Understanding Frequency Dependence of Trap Generation Under AC Positive Bias Temperature Instability Stress in Si n-FinFETs

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society
In this paper, the frequency (f) dependence of trap generation in Si n-channel fin field-effect transistors (n-FinFETs) under AC positive bias temperature instability (PBTI) stress is investigated by fast direct-current current-voltage (DCIV) method and ...

Partially Isolated Dual Work Function Gate IGZO TFT With Obviously Reduced Leakage Current for 3D DRAMs

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society
In this article, a partially isolated dual work function (PIDWF) gate In-Ga-Zn-O (IGZO) thin-film transistor (TFT) is proposed to reduce the off-state current (Ioff) obviously, which also provides a feasible integration method for stacking IGZO TFT on Si-

Early metastasis is characterized by Gr1+ cell dysregulation and is inhibited by immunomodulatory nanoparticles

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer metastasis is associated with myeloid cell dysregulation and the lung‐specific accumulation of tumor‐supportive Gr1+ cells. Gr1+ cells support metastasis, in part, through a CHI3L1‐mediated mechanism, which can be targeted and inhibited with cargo‐free, polymeric nanoparticles.
