Proton‐Radiation‐Tolerant Silicon Photonic Charge Sensor for Spacecraft Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, Volume 5, Issue 9, September 2026.
A photonic charge sensor based on silicon photonic crystal waveguides is evaluated under proton irradiation to clarify radiation‐induced optical absorption during operation. The study quantitatively determines absorption increase at 20 keV and demonstrates retained spacecraft‐potential sensing after high‐fluence exposure, providing a quantitative basis

Super‐Resolution and High‐Data‐Density Acoustic Meta‐Hologram via Amplitude and Phase Coupling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 52, 18 September 2026.
A super‐resolution acoustic meta‐hologram utilizes amplitude‐phase coupling under energy conservation constraints to overcome the traditional diffraction limit. This conceptually advanced approach achieves high‐fidelity acoustic field reconstruction and dense information transmission, unlocking new potentials for high‐resolution acoustic imaging and ...

Dynamically Tunable Exciton‐Photon Coupling via Multi‐Physics Field in Transition Metal Dichalcogenide Microcavities

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 51, 14 September 2026.
Dynamic microcavities provide reversible control over exciton‐photon coupling in two‐dimensional TMDs through piezoelectric, electrical, thermal, and all‐optical tuning. By reshaping detuning, Rabi splitting, and polariton composition, these strategies enable adaptable polaritonic functions, including optical switching, polariton lasing, and ...

Selective Tuning of Perpendicular Magnetic Anisotropy and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya Interaction in Heterostructures Compatible with Magnetic Tunnel Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, Volume 12, Issue 18, 21 September 2026.
ABSTRACT Chirally coupled magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) have been proposed as a route toward compact spin logic architectures. Micromagnetic simulations indeed show that chiral coupling between adjacent MTJs with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) can be achieved through an in‐plane (IP) interconnection mediated by the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya ...
