Strong exciton‐photon coupling is achieved by integrating porphyrin ligand‐based MOF nanoparticles in optical cavities, as evidenced by pronounced polariton branch anticrossing. The porous nature of the resonator enables precise, reversible tuning via vapor pressure, unlocking unprecedented chemical‐environment controlled dynamic polaritonic platforms ...

Self‐Hybridized Exciton‐Polariton Photodetectors From Layered Metal‐Organic Chalcogenolates
Self‐hybridized exciton‐polariton photodetectors are demonstrated using high refractive index mithrene, eliminating the need for top mirrors. This simplified architecture enables tunable sub‐bandgap photodetection via lower exciton‐polariton states and enhanced carrier transport through ultrafast polariton group velocities.

Endothelial Dysfunction in Fabry Disease Is Related to Glycocalyx Degradation
Fabry disease (FD) is an X-linked multisystemic lysosomal storage disease due to a deficiency of α-galactosidase A (GLA/AGAL). Progressive cellular accumulation of the AGAL substrate globotriaosylceramide (Gb3) leads to endothelial dysfunction.

Fabry or not Fabry – a question of ascertainment [PDF]
Fabry disease, an X-linked sphingolipidosis,1 is the most common lysosomal storage disease in Norway.2 Affected individuals may be offered intravenous enzyme replacement therapy, every second week at a cost of about 200 000 per year for an average adult. To prevent organ damage, early treatment is probably the best. Accordingly, Fabry disease screening

Comparison of therapeutic and diagnostic applications of a surface‐emitting light source with multiwavelength emission characteristics. Abstract Conventional light‐emitting‐diode‐based light sources suffer from rigidity, localized heating, and poor adaptability to skin deformation, limiting their use in skin‐attached medical devices.

Inferring periodic orbits from spectra of simple shaped micro-lasers [PDF]
Dielectric micro-cavities are widely used as laser resonators and characterizations of their spectra are of interest for various applications. We experimentally investigate micro-lasers of simple shapes (Fabry-Perot, square, pentagon, and disk).

Compression‐Tension‐Asymmetry and Stiffness Nonlinearity of Collagen‐Matrigel Composite Hydrogels
Self‐assembled collagen hydrogel matrices are widely used in tissue engineering applications. These matrices stiffen and contract laterally under tension due to fiber alignment and soften and collapse under compression due to fiber buckling. It is demonstrated that filler materials, such as Matrigel, linearize the mechanical behavior of collagen ...
