Exceptional Light Propagation via Generalized Bulk‐Edge Correspondence

open access: yesNanophotonics, Volume 15, Issue 13, 13 July 2026.
We show that unlike in electronic systems, localized edge states in topological photonics are governed not only by nontrivial bulk topology, but also by polarization‐dependent light‐line confinement conditions inherent to Maxwell's equations. This fundamentally generalized bulk‐edge correspondence unlocks new regimes of tunable near‐cutoff localization

Photonic Doping of Epsilon‐Near‐Zero Bragg Microcavities

open access: yesNanophotonics, Volume 15, Issue 13, 13 July 2026.
Photonic doping of an epsilon‐near‐zero (ENZ) Bragg microcavity at optical frequencies induces strong magnetic responses from dielectric inclusions, enabling intense field localization, Purcell enhancement, and tunable hybrid Bragg–Mie modes. The platform supports perfect magnetic conductor and epsilon‐and‐mu‐near‐zero regimes, offering opportunities ...

Fabry disease: Enfermedad de fabry

open access: yes, 2018

Could Fabry Disease Cause Giant Coronary Aneurysms in a 7‐Month‐Old Infant: A Case Report

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 7, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Fabry disease is a rare X‐linked lysosomal storage disorder that can affect multiple organs. Cardiac involvement, one of its significant manifestations, can begin in childhood and is more prevalent in males, with severity increasing with age and disease progression.

Psychometric Properties of the Commitment to Exercise Scale in Inpatients With Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa

open access: yesEuropean Eating Disorders Review, Volume 34, Issue 4, Page 1121-1129, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Objective Compulsive exercise is a common behaviour among persons with eating disorders, particularly in those with anorexia nervosa (AN) and bulimia nervosa (BN). In the current study, we examined psychometric properties of a German version of the eight‐item Commitment to Exercise Scale (CES) with a four‐point scale response format.
