Cutis, 1983Annular facial dermatoses in blacks are common. Although the diagnosis of these dermatoses is usually made without difficulty, occasionally problems are encountered. A patient with annular seborrheic dermatitis that closely resembled the annular lesions of secondary syphilis is presented.
