“Sixteen and a half”: a rare neurological syndrome [PDF]
"Sixteen and a half" syndrome is a recently coined terminology for a novel pontine neuro-ophthalmological condition. It is characterised by "one and a half" syndrome with an additional ipsilateral seventh and eighth cranial nerve palsy (1½+7+8=16½).

BLP‐trained macrophages show augmented resistance to infection, but their mechanisms remain unclear. scRNA‐seq identified 13 BMDM subsets, with two novel anti‐inflammatory/antibacterial subpopulations (C5/C7) emerging post‐BLP training. BLP training activates NRF2, attenuates oxidative stress/ferroptosis, and boosts glycolysis/OXPHOS. Adoptive transfer

Mechanical Force Storage and Reprogramming Hydrogel for Scarless Repair of Sports Joint Wounds
Inspired by the energy conversion of tendons, the “energy transit station” hydrogel is designed. The hydrogel not only shields stress concentration in sports injuries, but also reprograms energy forms to provide reasonable biomimetic contraction for wounds.

Migrasomes in Ischemic Stroke: Molecular Landscape and Pathophysiological Impact
Multi‐omics profiling of stroke patients exposes systemic molecular fingerprints of immune activation, oxidative stress and metabolic collapse. Complement and coagulation cascade, and cholesterol metabolism emerge as shared functional hallmarks of plasma migrasomes in stroke patients and migrasomes isolated from experimental stroke mice.
