Silencing of WNT5A signaling, which is widely known as the trigger of the ncWNT signaling pathway, happens in hair follicle stem cells from balding areas. Iron‐Tannic Acid Hydrogel Mediated Mild Photothermal Therapy Combined With Ferroptosis Enhances Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer

An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.
