Evaluating Lease-Purchase Financing for Professional Sports Facilities
Urban Affairs Review, 2014In 2012, the city of Seattle, Washington, entered into a public–private partnership (P3) whose goal was the construction and operation of a new sports arena. The cornerstone of the P3 was a unique lease-purchase financing (LPF) agreement markedly different from lease-purchase contracts that governments typically use for acquiring capital goods.

Hyzon plans US MEA production facility, European truck leasing
Fuel Cells Bulletin, 2021Hyzon Motors plans to build the largest fuel cell membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) production line for commercial vehicles in the US at its new Hyzon Innovation Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois, just outside Chicago. Hyzon has also launched a leasing service to provide fuel cell electric trucks and buses to European customers.
