When Corporations Nudge for Good: Examining the Effectiveness of Corporate Social Marketing Initiatives in Influencing Intention to Change

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Firms invest heavily in corporate social initiatives (CSIs), yet evidence of behaviour change remains limited. This study examines whether corporate social marketing (CSM) elicits stronger behavioural intentions to change than other CSI formats, such as philanthropy and cause‐related marketing (CRM), and identifies the psychological mechanisms

FACTOR ANALYSIS OF THE PRODUCTION CONDITIONS AND RESULTS ON MIXED FAMILY FARMS

open access: yesEkonomika Poljoprivrede (1979), 2005
The research focused on the conditions and results of production on mixed family farms is expected to include numerous indices. A complex correlation structure of a number of variables unables the determination of priority indices effecting the business

Purification of Li2CO3 Obtained through Pyrometallurgical Treatment of NMC Black Mass from Electric Vehicle Batteries

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 18, Issue 6, March 15, 2025.
Lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) obtained from the black mass of recycled lithium batteries is dissolved in water under controlled conditions to remove lithium fluoride (LiF), which is present at a concentration of 3.08 % by weight. The dissolution is carried out at temperatures below 10 °C, and it has been demonstrated that lower temperatures result in ...

Shock wave propagation characteristics of aluminum‐containing explosive in corrugated steel‐lined tunnel

open access: yesDeep Underground Science and Engineering, EarlyView.
Aluminum‐enhanced afterburning renders AE explosives more hazardous than conventional ones. Corrugated steel linings reduce far‐field AE blast overpressure by ~50% through wave reflection and dissipation. The developed model accurately predicts peak pressure (<10% error) and arrival time (<3% error), supporting protective design.

Flexible methods for species distribution modeling with small samples

open access: yesEcography, EarlyView.
Species distribution models (SDMs) predict where species live or could potentially live and are a key resource for ecological research and conservation decision‐making. However, current SDM methods often perform poorly for rare or inadequately sampled species, which include most species on earth, as well as most of those of the greatest conservation ...

Evolução diferenciada da lavoura de soja e de seu processamento industrial no Brasil - período de 1970 a 1999

open access: yesEconomia Aplicada, 2002
This paper analyzes the soybean crop modernization in Brazil as well as other aspects in relation to that activity. In order to do that analysis, 1975,1980,1985 and 1995's data sets are used into the factorial analysis.

Species distribution modeling with expert elicitation and Bayesian calibration

open access: yesEcography, EarlyView.
Species distribution models (SDM) are key tools in ecology, conservation, and natural resources management. They are traditionally trained with data on direct species observations. However, if collecting species data is difficult or expensive, complementary information sources on species distributions are needed.
