Modelling the Natural Gas Transportation Process using the Factorial Experiment Method [PDF]
The research presented in detail in this scientific paper refers to the modelling of process parameters for natural gas transmission in a centralized system. The method of the factorial experiment was used to model some parameters considered to be vital,

The Experiment Factory: Standardizing Behavioral Experiments [PDF]
The administration of behavioral and experimental paradigms for psychology research is hindered by lack of a coordinated effort to develop and deploy standardized paradigms. While several frameworks (Mason and Suri, 2011; McDonnell et al., 2012; de Leeuw, 2015; Lange et al., 2015) have provided infrastructure and methods for individual research groups ...

Factorial cumulants from short-range correlations and global baryon number conservation [PDF]
We calculate the baryon factorial cumulants assuming arbitrary short-range correlations and the global baryon number conservation. The general factorial cumulant generating function is derived. Various relations between factorial cumulants subjected to baryon number conservation and the factorial cumulants without this constraint are presented.

INFLUENCE OF THE RECIPES ON THE STRENGTH OF STRENGTH OF GEOPOLYMER COMPOUNDS WHEN CEMENTING LRW
The influence of the composition of geopolymer binders (blast furnace slag, removal ash, liquid glass and KOH) on the properties, namely the compressive strength of the compounds formed during LRW cementation, is studied.

ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING - A HIGH FUTURE NONCONVENTIONAL PROCESSING PROCESS [PDF]
Electrical discharge machining is one of the most common processes for processing metallic materials. This process is characterized by the lack of mechanical pressure on the object that ensures the macroscopic location of the erosive agent.

Using full factorial experiment to simulate electricity generation by solar batteries
The amount of electrical energy generated by solar batteries (SB) depends significantly on their position relative to the Sun. The presence of dependencies of the initial parameter of the SB on the factors determining this position allows finding the ...

Optimal allocation of sample size for randomization-based inference from $2^K$ factorial designs [PDF]
Optimizing the allocation of units into treatment groups can help researchers improve the precision of causal estimators and decrease costs when running factorial experiments. However, existing optimal allocation results typically assume a super-population model and that the outcome data comes from a known family of distributions.
