Zero forcing number, maximum nullity, and path cover number of subdivided graphs [PDF]
The zero forcing number, maximum nullity and path cover number of a (simple, undirected) graph are parameters that are important in the study of minimum rank problems.

Scandium (Sc)‐doped AlCoCrFeMo HEA coatings are fabricated via flame spraying with 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5 wt% Sc additions. Among these, the HEA‐Sc0.3 coating exhibits the highest corrosion resistance, indicated by a more positive corrosion potential and lower current density.

0049 | (Failed)1-Zero-Forcing Number in Neutrosophic Graphs
New setting is introduced to study 1-zero-forcing number, 1-zero-forcing neutrosophic-number, failed 1-zero-forcing number and failed 1-zero-forcing neutrosophic-number arising operations of different vertices. Leaf-like is a key term to have these notions. (Not) Forcing a vertex to change its color is a type of approach to force that vertex to be zero-

Functionally graded metal–ceramic femoral stems are engineered through continuous UMAT‐based stiffness tailoring, eliminating discrete material interfaces while enhancing biomechanical compatibility. Low‐index power‐law gradation optimizes load transfer, reduces stress shielding, and controls implant–bone micromotion, highlighting a materials‐design ...

Zero forcing and maximum nullity for hypergraphs [PDF]
The concept of zero forcing is extended from graphs to uniform hypergraphs in analogy with the way zero forcing was defined as an upper bound for the maximum nullity of the family of symmetric matrices whose nonzero pattern of entries is described by a ...

Multilayer Self‐Limiting Electrospray Deposition via Stepped Voltage Bias
Self‐limiting electrospray deposition (SLED) uses a high voltage to generate and deposit a charged payload on a target surface. The coating retains its charge, repelling newly arriving material. SLED thickness can be decreased by applying a secondary bias to the target.

Zero forcing in iterated line digraphs
Zero forcing is a propagation process on a graph, or digraph, defined in linear algebra to provide a bound for the minimum rank problem. Independently, zero forcing was introduced in physics, computer science and network science, areas where line ...
