False Spider Mites of Jamaica and the Dominican Republic (Acarina: Tenuipalpidae)

The occurrence of false spider mites in Jamaica or in the Dominican Republic has not previously been reported. The genera Brevipalpus (7 species) and Tenuipalpus (19 species) were found during the limited surveys.
