The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

Family Cohesion Index in Qatar
This project aims to understand the concept of family cohesion, and attempts to measure 'family cohesion' in Qatar. A questionnaire was adapted from several validated scales, testing many aspects related to this greater theme of family cohesion, such as parental and marital relationships, shared morals, work-family balance, family interaction, care and

Harnessing Fungal Biowelding for Constructing Mycelium‐Engineered Materials
Mycelium‐bound composites (MBCs) offer low‐carbon alternatives for construction, yet interfacial bonding remains a critical challenge. This review examines fungal biowelding as a biocompatible adhesive, elucidating mycelium‐mediated interfacial mechanisms and their role in material assembly. Strategies to optimize biowelding are discussed, highlighting

Cohesion in parent-adolescent relationships within different family structures and birth orders [PDF]
only availablePrevious research reports relationship closeness and cohesion between parents and adolescents decrease throughout adolescence (Collins, 1990; Collins & Russell, 1991; Hill & Holmbeck, 1987).

Cathodic Cage Plasma Deposition of Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se Coatings on Poly(methyl Methacrylate)
Nanostructured Cu–Fe–Se coatings are deposited on PMMA by a modified cathodic cage plasma process, enabling low‐temperature deposition on polymer substrates. A transition from discontinuous to compact morphology is observed with temperature, with optimal properties at 200°C, where improved CuFeSe2‐type bonding, lowest sheet resistance, and favorable ...

Cohesion and Conflict in Transnational Merchant Families [PDF]
AbstractHow do people negotiate the diversity of positionalities within kin groups? Through a diachronic approach, I investigate how Ali and Jalal, two merchants with Azeri and Gilaki ethnic identifications who came to Hamburg in the 1930s, mobilized kin to generate capital along the lines of generation, gender, and age.
