Family Stress Theory: Implications for Family Health
Journal of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, 1997The Resiliency Model of Family Stress, Adjustment and Adaptation explains variations in how families respond to stressful situations and crisis. Key concepts of the model and supporting research are presented. Suggestions for ways to use the Resiliency Model in practice are provided.
