Abstract Purpose Patients with severe ocular motility restriction and/or large angle strabismus due to Graves' orbitopathy (GO) cannot be adequately addressed with conventional strabismus surgery using large muscle recessions. Muscle tendon elongation surgery, using a spacer of bovine pericardium (Tutopatch®) has emerged as a valuable alternative.

Rituximab and Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) for Refractory Eosinophilic Fasciitis: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Eosinophilic fasciitis (EF) is a rare condition with an unknown cause. This case study showed that a 40‐year‐old man with EF did not respond to standard treatments but improved after receiving rituximab and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG). Further studies are needed to confirm rituximab's effectiveness and long‐term safety for EF.

Pulmonary Valve Replacement with Fascia Lata
Abstract The purpose of this paper is to describe a technique of fashioning an unsupported semilunar fascia lata valve contained in a tube for insertion in the pulmonary position. The results of our experience with this valve were unsatisfactory, and we do not recommend its use.
