mpi4py-fft: Parallel Fast Fourier Transforms with MPI for Python [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Open Source Software, 2019
The fast Fourier transform (FFT) is an algorithm that efficiently computes the discrete Fourier transform. Since the dawn of our digital society, the FFT has permeated to the heart of everyday life applications involving audio, image, and video processing.

Pemantauan Flicker Tengangan Menggunakan Fast fourier transform (FFT)

open access: yesVoteteknika (Vocational Teknik Elektronika dan Informatika), 2021
Laju elektrifikasi Sumatera Barat 92,96%.

Sparse Fast Fourier Transform [PDF]

open access: yes, 2022

Numerical evaluation of the Hilbert transform by the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) technique [PDF]

open access: yesGeophysical Journal International, 1981
Summary. Three Fast Fourier Transform numerical methods for computing the Hilbert transform have been evaluated for their accuracy by numerical examples. All three methods employ the property that the Hdbert transform is a convolution. The first method uses the result that the Fourier transform of 1/πx is — isgn(ω).

Comparison of fast Fourier transform and convolution in wavelength scanning interferometry [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The assessment of surface finish has become increasingly important in the field of precision engineering. Optical interferometry has been widely used for surface measurement due to the advantages of non-contact and high accuracy interrogation.

An extensible complex fast Fourier transform processor chip for real-time spectrum analysis and measurement [PDF]

open access: yes, 1998
This paper describes in detail the design of a CMOS custom fast Fourier transform (FFT) processor for computing a 256-point complex FFT. The FFT is well-suited for real-time spectrum analysis in instrumentation and measurement applications.

A 64-point Fourier transform chip for high-speed wireless LAN application using OFDM

open access: yes, 2004
In this article, we present a novel fixed-point 16-bit word-width 64-point FFT/IFFT processor developed primarily for the application in the OFDM based IEEE 802.11a Wireless LAN (WLAN) baseband processor.

IMPLEMENTATION OF FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM (FFT) FOR INFANT CRYING DETECTION

open access: yesIndonesian Applied Physics Letters, 2023
Babies cry based on the discomfort felt by the baby which is a reflex such as when a hungry baby will suck his hand and then he will start crying, hunger can be interpreted from the baby's crying. At each of the baby's cries, when each crying pattern was responded to with the solution applied to the previous baby, each baby would stop crying.

Surface Tension Measurement of Ti‐6Al‐4V by Falling Droplet Method in Oxygen‐Free Atmosphere

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
In this article, the temperature‐dependent surface tension of free falling, oscillating Ti‐6Al‐4V droplets is investigated in both argon and monosilane doped, oxygen‐free atmosphere. Droplet temperature and oscillation are captured with one single high‐speed camera, and the surface tension is calculated with Rayleigh's formula.
