Nanostructured Deep Eutectic Systems in Healthcare: From Bioactive Solvents to Intelligent Biointerfaces, Wearables, and AI‐Driven Design

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, Volume 6, Issue 10, October 2026.
Beyond the green solvent paradigm, this review redefines Deep Eutectic Systems (DES) as programmable supramolecular nanoassemblies. We survey their biomedical convergence: stabilizing thermolabile mRNA to enable cold chain‐free logistics, reshaping transdermal microneedle delivery, enabling long‐term wearables via eutectogels, and utilizing Generative ...

Trp53 Deficiency Increases the Frequency of Hprt Mutant T Lymphocytes Following High‐LET Iron Particle Irradiation of Mice

open access: yesEnvironmental and Molecular Mutagenesis, Volume 67, Issue 8-9, October‐November 2026.
ABSTRACT Charged particles like iron‐56 ions impose health risks in long‐term manned space exploration. This study was designed to define the impact of Trp53 status upon the manifestation of mutations in the hypoxanthine‐guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (Hprt) gene in splenic T‐cells following exposure of Trp53 wild‐type, hemizygous, and nullizygous ...

Fast Neutron Detector

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1949
A simple fast neutron detector suitable for health physics applications has been constructed using two 931A photo-multiplier tubes in coincidence to reduce background. A ``sandwich'' made of Lucite and activated zinc sulfide is used to produce the scintillations.
