Analog Circuit Fault Classification and Data Reduction Using PCA-ANFIS Technique Aided by K-means Clustering Approach

open access: yesAdvances in Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2022
The paper work aims to extract effectively the fault feature information of analog integrated circuits and to improve the performance of a fault classification process. Thus, a fault classification method based on principal component analysis (PCA) and

Wind Turbines Fault Classification Treatment Method

open access: yesSymmetry, 2022
With the aim of solving the problems arising from the low efficiency and low accuracy of fault classification of wind power towers and turbine equipment (referred to as wind power systems for short) using artificial data analysis, this paper takes the operational data for wind power systems as the research object and proposes an improved K-means ...

Multiple ETS family transcription factors bind mutant p53 via distinct interaction regions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Mutant p53 gain‐of‐function is thought to be mediated by interaction with other transcription factors. We identify multiple ETS transcription factors that can bind mutant p53 and found that this interaction can be promoted by a PXXPP motif. ETS proteins that strongly bound mutant p53 were upregulated in ovarian cancer compared to ETS proteins that ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.
