Temperature Sensor Array for Tactile Sensation Using FBG Sensors
2006 5th IEEE Conference on Sensors, 2006This paper describes a tactile sensor system which can detect distributed temperature and distributed force using a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor. The newly designed temperature sensor using FBG is introduced and the performance of this temperature sensor is evaluated.
