Material‐Gradient Enabled Enhancement of Strength and Strain‐Hardening of Lattice Structures
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study employs material gradients in lattice structures via alloy‐controlled additive manufacturing, decoupling mechanical behavior from geometry. Gradients guide stable plastic fronts, enhancing plateau stress and energy absorption by up to 25.4%.
