GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

Machine learning models predict in real time the onset of harmful microbubble collapse during microbubble‐enhanced focused ultrasound (MB‐FUS) and enable dynamic adjustment of sonication to prevent cavitation‐induced damage. This predictive control expands the safe operating window for bloodbrain barrier opening, enhancing nanoparticle delivery and ...

This study developed a novel drug delivery platform that overcomes the blood‐brain barrier in glioblastoma. By fusing IGFBP7 with small extracellular vesicles, the platform specifically targets tumor vasculature. It effectively delivers temozolomide, suppressing tumor growth at low doses.

Fear of Pain in Recurrent Headache Sufferers
Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain, 1992SYNOPSIS We investigated the role of fear of pain in headache sufferers using the Fear of Pain Questionnaire (FPQ). Seventy‐six headache sufferers and 58 controls completed the FPQ and measures of depression, anxiety, and anger. Headache sufferers also completed measures of stress‐related physical symptoms and coping with pain.

Fear of cancer recurrence and death anxiety
Psycho-Oncology, 2018AbstractIn 2013, 3 systematic reviews of fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) and its predictors were published. All 3 concurred that FCR is a highly prevalent problem and amongst the largest unmet needs of cancer survivors, even 5 or more years after treatment.

Modern treatments for cancer are resulting in cancer patients living longer with the risk of the disease returning at a later stage. Many patients who experience a recurrence blame themselves (Mahon et al., 1990), while those in remission live with the constant fear that the cancer may return. Although fear of recurrence is recognised in the literature,

Despite the fact that the fear of cancer recurrence is to varying degrees almost universal in cancer survivors, there is a lack of validated multidimensional instruments to evaluate this issue specifically. The goal of this study was to develop and empirically validate a multidimensional self-report scale for assessing the fear of cancer recurrence, the
